• Application – the mobile application titled “BusyBody”, including all related features, tools, content, and updates.

• Device – any device capable of accessing the Service.
• Service – the Application, any BusyBody websites, software, AI-powered tools, content, subscriptions, and related services provided by the Company.
• Subscription – any auto-renewable or non-renewable paid plan offered through the Service.
• User Content – any images, photos, videos, text, data, metadata, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or generated by You through the Service.
• Website – busybody.io and any associated subdomains.
• You – the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf the Service is used.

2. Agreement to Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon Your acceptance of these Terms and the BusyBody Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using the Service, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not access or use the Service.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If You are between 13 and 17 years old, You may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for Your use of the Service.

4. Health, Fitness, and Safety Disclaimer

BusyBody does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

The Service provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for educational and informational purposes only.

Important clarifications:

• All fitness guidance, workout suggestions, nutrition insights, and AI-generated recommendations are general in nature
• The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program
• You use the Service at Your own risk

BusyBody is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service.

5. User Content and License Grant

By submitting User Content, You represent that You own or have the legal right to use and submit such content.

You grant BusyBody Fit LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, process, modify, reproduce, and create derivative works from User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
• Upload images or data of others without lawful consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or commercial exploitation
• Interfere with or disrupt Service functionality

Violation may result in suspension or termination of Your Account.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and In-App Purchases

Paid features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Key terms:

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the point of purchase
• Refunds are handled by the platform provider according to their policies

BusyBody does not control App Store or Play Store refund decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services or content.

BusyBody does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, excluding User Content, are owned by BusyBody Fit LTD or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time if You violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

11. Service Provided “As Is” and “As Available”

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for Your specific goals.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BusyBody Fit LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or health outcomes.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount You paid to BusyBody in the preceding 12 months
• One hundred pounds sterling (GBP £100)

13. Copyright Complaints

If You believe content on the Service infringes Your copyright, You may contact Us with sufficient detail to investigate the claim.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Application or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
