There is one plan. Both options unlock the same app, so the only decision is whether you want to pay monthly or save by paying for the year.

Trial, billing and cancelling
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access to every feature. You will not be charged before it ends, and you can cancel during the trial without paying anything.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in your Apple subscription settings on your iPhone. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple under their refund policy, not by us. For web purchases, get in touch through the contact page.
Is there a free version?
The free tools on this site stay free and need no account: the TDEE calculator and the macro calculator. The app itself is a subscription after the trial.
